ICAR , Directorate of medicinal and aromatic plants research ( DMAPR) invited eligible and interested candidate's to attend walk in interview held on 17/11/2018 at 11.00 p. m. For the position of SRF. Msc plant breeding & Genetics student are eligible. If you interested and eligible for the position should apply everyone.

Duration: -
Originally for a time up to 31/03/2019 and will be co-terminated together with the conclusion of this Project or sooner based on the performance.

Stipend :- Selected candidates get monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000/- +10 percent HRA per month.

Qualification -:
 Master degree in specialization in Genetics and Plant Breeding/Biotechnology/Plant Molecular Biology or related field with 4 years Bachelor’s degree. Candidate with 3 years bachelor’s degree and 2 years master degree should have NET qualification


Desirable qualifications :
Research experience in Genetics and Plant Breeding and Intellectual Property Rights.

Basic knowledge of Computer.

Important notes :


  • The posts are only temporary and contractual and therefore are co-terminus with the project.
  • The age limit is up to 35 years for man and 40 years for women.
  • NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the employer if he/she is in employment elsewhere and expertise certificate in original, if any will be generated at the time of Interview.
  • No TA/DA is going to be compensated for attending the interview.
  • The candidates must bring with them the original certificates and self-attested photocopy/Xerox of all of the certificates for confirmation in ·aid of Age, Qualifications, Experience, Caste, Employment Exchange Registration Card and a single Passport size picture to be included with the prescribed application whilst appearing for Walk-in-Interview.
  • Nominees without Provisional UG/PG/ PhD level certificates in the concerned University won’t be eligible for appearing the Walk-in-Interview.
