Delhi recruitment 2018, Bsc jobs, Msc jobs, jobs in Delhi, Walk in Interview for recruitment of one post of SRF (01),one post of Project Assistant (01) and one post of Field Staff (01)  Under the Project “Skill Building in Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture (NSA) for empowerment of Rural Women” funded by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), interviews to recruit the above mentioned postswill be held on 01.12.2018 at 10.30 AM in the Division of Agricultural Extension, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi-110012 interested candidates must apply for the below positions.



#Job position no. 01 : SRF

Job Title : Senior research fellowship

No. Of posts : one (01)

Principal investigator :  Dr. V. Sangeetha Scientist.

Stipend : selected candidates get monthly stipend of Rs. 28,000/- per month plus 30% HRA per month as per rules and regulations of DBT norms.

Essential qualifications : Aspirants must have completed master degree in food science and technology, home science extension/ agricultural/ food science/ food and nutrition/M.Tech food technology, Msc, Agricultural economics with NET, GATE, DBT, ICMR qualifications are eligible to apply for the position.

Desirable qualifications : specialization in community nutrition, post harvest technology, and experience in working with ruler woman.



#Job position no. 02 : Project assistant

Job title : Project Assistant

No. Of posts : one (01) 

Stipend : Selected candidates get monthly stipend of Rs. 22,000/- per month.

Essential qualifications : Interested candidates must have completed Bsc in agriculture or Bsc in home science, Bsc food science and technology and Bsc degree holder student are eligible to apply.

Desirable qualifications : Interested candidates must have basic skills of computer.


#Job position no. 02 : Field Assistant

Job title : Field assistant 

No. Of posts : 01 one 

Stipend : Rs.15,000/- per month

Essential qualifications : Intermediate and conversant with local field activities, work, skills etc.

Age limit: 35 years (Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST/ and women candidate as per govt. guidelines. 

Project duration :  The total duration of project is 3 years and the positions are purely temporary on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. The renewal of yearly contract is subjected to the satisfactory performance of selected candidates.

Important guidelines for aspirants

1. The SRF and Project Assistant will not be entitled for any regular leave, but are allowed to have CL and RH from time to time, not exceeding 10 days in a year. The SRFs are full time workersand are required to adhere to the administrative, financial and disciplinary regulations of ICAR-IARI, hence regular attendance of the SRF will be maintained by keeping anattendance register. The selected/(s) may stay at project location (Baghpat and Sonipat Districts.)as and when required. 

2. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates appearing for the interview. 

3. Only the candidates meeting essential qualifications would be interviewed. 

4. The Interview of eligible candidates will be held in the Division of Agricultural Extension, IARI, PUSA Campus, New Delhi on 1st December, 2018at 10.00 A.M.
