Position no. 01 : Research associate


Job title : DRDO Research associate

Essential Qualifications : Interested candidates must have completed PhD in life science, biotechnology, Neuroscience are eligible to apply for the position.

Area of Research : Combat casulity management, visual interfaces like virtual reality, Augmented reality.

Position no. 2 : DRDO Junior research fellowship ( JRF)


Job title : DRDO JRF

No. Of posts :  05(five)

Educational qualifications : candidates must have completed First Class Msc degree in life science, biotechnology, biochemistry, microbiology, bioInformatics, biomedical sciences, zoology and relevant fields of life science candidates are eligible to apply.

Date of interview  : Tuesday 20 November 2018


Remuneration per month :

A. DRDO Research Associate (RA): Rs.40,000/+HRA as per DRDO rules

B. DRDO Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs.25,000/+HRA as per DRDO rules

Age limit : candidates age not exceeding more than 35 years for RA & 28 years for JRF as on the date of interview. The
upper age limit shall be relaxable to the candidates belonging for SC/ST candidates (5years relaxation) and OBC candidates (3 years).


Educational Qualification:

A. For DRDO-RA: First Class M.Sc. with PhD in relevant Subject. Candidates
having provisional degree certificate by the date of interview will also be eligible

B. For DRDO-JRF:

a. Post Graduate degree (M.Sc.) in relevant subject discipline in first division
with NET qualification (Post Code: JRF-01 & 02).

b. Bachelor in Dental Sciences (BDS) in first division (Post Code: JRF-03).

General Guidelines:

 RA: Tenure is maximum two years.

JRF: Tenure: Maximum Five Years: Candidate will be working initially for first two
years as JRF and will subsequently be elevated as SRF for the remaining three years,
subject to satisfactory performance to be assessed as per DRDO guidelines.

Reporting time :  Candidates should reach before 8.00-900 Am on the date of Interview, at Main Gate
Reception, INMAS, Timarpur, Delhi. Latecomers will not be allowed at any cost.

recent passport size photograph on the right top corner of front page of application.

testimonials w.r.t. qualifications & experience, for verification at the time of
interview.
