Job profile : walk in interview is held by department of food engineering and technology, Tezpur University. On 8/11/2018 ( Eight / October/2018). For the position of junior research fellowship funded by the LSRD-DRDO. Students of M. Tech and MSc food science, food engineering, food processing are eligible for the junior research fellowship position.
Project Title : Usability of smartphone to evaluate the efficiency of polyaniline based sensors for indication of freshness of fish filter during chemical spoilage" Under the principal investigator Dr.Poonam Mishra.
Duration : For one years , Duration may be extended based on performance of candidates up-to THREE years.

Fellowship stipend : Selected candidate get monthly stipend of rs. 25,000 for first two years + 10% HRA per months. After two years candidate get Rs. 28,000/- per months plus 10% HRA for the third year.
Qualifications : Qualified and interested candidate must have completed M.Tech or MSc in first class or equivalent CGPA. In Food science and technology/Food processing/Food engineering. Candidate must have qualified NET/GATE entrance examination. (Candidate of M.Tech are exceptions for the NET/GATE entrance examination.)
