2. Get DSC (digital signature certificate) : you can get your digital signature certificate from MCA. It usually take 2 days to obtain DSC after submitting application.


3. Reserve your company name online : It is important because others can also start business may be it is reserved before yours. So you can reserve your company name online.


4. Stamp your company documents : After reservation of your company name you have to stamp your  company documents from Government of India from MCA website.

5. Get certificate of incorporation : Ministry of corporate affairs gives you certification of incorporation.


7. Make a seal to your company : After getting your certification of incorporation you have to make seal for your microbiology company.


8. Obtain PAN ( permanent account number) : once you get incorporation certificate and seal  you have to apply for PAN and TAN numbers for your microbiology company. And you can easily get your PAN and TAN Number through any agency or ONLINE.


9. Register your company to employment provident fund / tax office / medical insurance / inspector shops

10. Register for GST :
The last and important step is to register your company to GST. Your microbiology company is ready to run in India.
