For OBC non-crymilayer Rs. 500/-
For General category Rs. 1000/-

Step 3 : Filled out complete Application form

After clicking on apply online new page opens which is application form now you have to filled out complete form without any mistake. Students are highly requested fill up accurate information.

In application form you have to ask your personal details like 
  1. full name, 
  2. mother name, 
  3. your date of birth, 
  4. complete resident address, 
  5. permanent address, 
  6. your caste , 
  7. email address
  8. mobile number 
  9. Gender
  10. Martial status
  11. Name of school/collage/university attended
  12. Marks secured in qualifying exam.
  13. Subjects studies in school/collage/university
  14. Preference for the exam center
  15. Preference for the subjects (example Life science, chemical science, mathematical science, physical science etc)
  16. Photo to be uploaded
  17. Signature to be uploaded.
  18. In column no. 18 you have to filled out your qualifications, If you are completely your master degree then you can fill your percentage in column.

If you Msc appear then states that and field your status as results awaited.

After completing the application form Recheck your information, submit your application form and print out for future activities.
